HOW IT WORKS

Having a Keepsake created isn’t something that happens often - it's special.  I don’t think it should be about checking out online, putting your clothes in a bag, posting them off and waiting to get something back.​

 

I believe it’s about personal contact, the little sneak peeks photos along the way. Thats why, at Pretty Little Polka Dot, you'll get a personal service throughout the entire process.

So, in order to get the ball rolling and have a Pretty Little Polka Dot Keepsake created,  I ask you to first to get in touch. I'll get straight back to you. 

1. Get in touch
Let me know you're interested in having a Keepsake created. I'll answer your questions, request the deposit and get you booked in.

2. I'll send you an information pack
This is where you can tell me about any extra special items and can note any embroidery details.
​
3. Send me your clothes
Your information pack will contain a mailing bag with my address already on. I will let you know the moment your precious clothes arrive here.

4.  I'll request the final balance
​
5.  Your Keepsake is created!
This is where the magic happens! I will keep you up to date with progress and sneak peek photos. If I have any questions I will get straight in touch.

6. You'll receive your keepsake.
Beautifully packaged and ready to be enjoyed and treasured forever.  I would love you to write a review, and share your Keepsake photos!
